Newport Crest is a community of 460 homes located at the West end of the
jewel of Orange County, Newport Beach. Constructed in 1973, the complex offers 8
different floor plans ranging from a 2 bedroom 2 bath home around 1200 sq ft to
the largest 4 bedroom 2.5 bath of almost 2000 sq ft. Living rooms have high
ceilings and gas fireplaces that give both intimate settings and the feeling of
